Senior Subcontracts Manager - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Senior Subcontracts Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Manage post-award administration of major construction subcontract packages valued between $100M and $500M .
• Ensure contractors perform in accordance with contract requirements, scope commitments, schedule milestones, commercial obligations, and quality expectations.
• Review, negotiate, and manage change orders, claims, compensation events, contract modifications, and commercial disputes.
• Evaluate contractor entitlement positions and pricing submissions and provide recommendations to project leadership.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in subcontract management, contracts management, commercial management, procurement, project controls, or construction management on major capital projects.
• Experience managing post-award construction contracts and subcontractors during project execution.
• Demonstrated experience managing change orders, contract modifications, claims, commercial negotiations, and contractor performance.
• Experience working within owner, EPCM, or major contractor organisations on large- scale capital projects.
