Schedule Lead - US, Ohio - Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Schedule Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the site-based scheduling lead, coordinating daily with EPC, construction, and C&Q teams
• Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Perform schedule trending, metrics reporting, and analytics to identify risks and performance gaps
• Bridge communication and alignment between EPC schedulers and C&Q schedulers
• Validate schedule logic, sequencing, and critical path integrity across all project phases

What you’ll need:

• Extensive scheduling experience on large industrial, pharma, or EPC projects
• Must be onsite, 5 days/week
• Strong background in metrics, trending, analytics, and schedule integrity
• Experience bridging gaps between EPC schedulers and C&Q schedulers
• Deep understanding of Primavera P6 and schedule governance
