Project Manager – US, Wisconsin – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Wisconsin, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an ILS Project Lead (Project Manager) to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Own end-to-end delivery of logistics systems integration across multiple systems.
• Lead a small mixed team of staff and vendor personnel.
• Coordinate vendors and oversee installations and interfaces with internal/external teams.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, progress reports, risks, issues and escalations.
• Coordinate commissioning documentation with the CQ team.

What you’ll need:

• Proven project management in any of the following: complex warehouse, logistics, distribution, automation or industrial installation environments; coordination of multiple systems and vendors; reporting, documentation, stakeholder management, escalation and commissioning interfaces.
• Prior ILS expertise is NOT essential.
• Previous warehouse experience relevant.
