What you'll do:
- Perform analytical testing on process and product samples using a range of biochemical and instrumental techniques
- Apply chromatographic and plate-based methods to assess product quality and support development activities
- Generate, analyse, and interpret data, ensuring accurate documentation in line with regulated standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process optimisation and manufacturing activities
- Contribute to ongoing method improvement, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing within the team
What you'll need:
- Degree-qualified in a biological or biochemical discipline with relevant laboratory experience in an industry setting
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with chromatography techniques (e.g. HPLC/UPLC) and plate-based assays (e.g. ELISA)
- Familiarity with regulated laboratory environments (e.g. GMP/GLP) and associated documentation practices
- Strong ability to analyse scientific data and communicate findings clearly
- Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative laboratory environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
