CQ Engineer – Germany, Frankfurt – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Looking for your next project? We’re looking for a CQ Engineer to join a high-impact pharmaceutical project located near Frankfurt. With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique assignment for a CQ Engineer to support a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll deliver:

• Equipment Qualification — Assist in the execution of IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Filling Line Testing — Perform and document testing activities on automated filling lines, including functional checks, challenge tests, and performance verification.
• Kneat Execution — Use Kneat to execute, review, and manage digital validation documentation in compliance with site procedures.
• Technical Documentation — Generate and maintain qualification documents, deviations, and test records.

Experience required:

• Kneat Experience — Hands-on use of Kneat for executing validation protocols or managing digital validation records.
• Filling Line Testing — Practical experience working on automated filling lines, ideally in pharma, biotech, or medical device manufacturing.
• Engineering Drawings — Ability to read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics for equipment troubleshooting and qualification.
• Degree or apprenticeship in engineering (mechanical, electrical, automation, or related field).
