Our client is currently seeking Portfolio ManagerResponsibilities include: Role would involve contacting SME's for updates across the different projects and departments, collating information from them.Using gathered data and inputting this into PlanView and assessing the data, identifying risks, gaps etc and presenting this to senior leadership team.Take time to understand technical aspects of projects and needs to be able to challenge SME’s on time lines etc.Need to be able to analyse how they are set for demand, capacity, resourcing availability.Projects are grouped by products so need to have this organised (reporting on project health for certain products).Need to be able to transfer this to PlanView so VP and senior leadership could have visibility. Requirements: Capex / Opex project management experience.Strong MS Project and Excel knowledge and experience.PlanView experience highly beneficial.Ability to manage data output, do analysis.Need to be able to interpret data and identify Gaps and risks and provide reports / present to senior leadership.No Scientific background or biologics experience needed but require strong portfolio/project management experience.Track record of managing a portfolio of projects and driving project delivery.
