Project Manager - Reading, UK - 6 Month Contract

Are you a Project Manager  located in the UK and looking for an opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading biotechnology companies? We have the role for you! Our client is at the forefront in developing of a number of key and revolutionary products and with a thriving global presence is recruiting for a Project Manager  to join their new project. 

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across the TFM contract, ensuring programmes, budgets, risks, and resources are effectively managed to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to define project briefs, advise on feasibility, develop Employers Requirements, and maintain strong, trusted working relationships.
• Coordinate and manage consultants, designers, specialists, and supply partners to produce clear scopes of work, compliant tenders, and fully aligned project documentation.
• Oversee Facilities Management and M&E–related works, ensuring technical requirements are correctly scoped, delivered safely, and integrated seamlessly into operational estate environments.

What you'll need:

• Strong commercial, operational and communication capability, including negotiation, presenting with confidence, managing internal/external stakeholders, and delivering results to tight deadlines with integrity.
• Comprehensive project management knowledge, including construction market awareness, understanding of TFM environments, H&S legislation, and recognised methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, RIBA, MAPM).
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery within M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments, with a minimum of five years’ project management responsibility from scoping through to completion.
