Operational Readiness Engineer - US, Ohio - 12 Months Initial Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Operational Readiness Engineer  to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Connect business, technology, and data architectures for the assigned facility.
• Track operational readiness deliverables across systems, equipment, and functional workstreams.
• Coordinate activities between engineering, CQV, operations, and project teams.
• Monitor progress against readiness milestones and identify risks, gaps, or delays.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
• Extensive engineering or technical experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or related industries.
• Understanding of GMP requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Experience supporting commissioning, qualification, startup, or operational readiness activities
