Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. What you'll do:

• Manage cost and quantity for Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, and Process systems.
• Prepare tender documents, valuations, and variation reports.
• Support bidding, subcontractor management, and contract awards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers.

What you'll need:

• Requires extensive MEP QS experience.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Strong understanding of drawings, cost drivers, and construction methods.
• BIM knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
