MEP Project Manager - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an MEP Project Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and oversee the construction of the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage municipal utility connections, including water, sewer, gas, and electrical services. This scope will also include fire protection, fire  alarm, permanent security, and permanent teledata and wifi scopes.
• Oversee the rough-in coordination of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring seamless integration with the building's overall design.
• Be on-site 4 days a week to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure that all work is being performed according to the project plan.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in construction management or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
