Our client is currently seeking the skills of a CQV Engineer to join their team. Our client develops and delivers life changing medicines to millions of people globally and as part of their growth. What you’ll deliver:

• Develop, execute, and document IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for analytical and QC laboratory equipment in GMP-regulated environments.
• Commission and qualify a range of laboratory equipment including HPLC/UHPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometers, TOC Analyzers, Dissolution Systems, pH/Conductivity Meters, Balances, Incubators, Ovens, and Refrigerators.
• Prepare and review qualification protocols, risk assessments, summary reports, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and temperature mapping studies while ensuring compliance with GMP and Data Integrity requirements.
• Support FAT, SAT, calibration, and vendor management activities while working closely with QA, QC, Engineering, and external suppliers to ensure successful and timely project completion.

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Extensive CQV experience involving qualification and validation of analytical and QC laboratory equipment within pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements, Data Integrity principles (ALCOA+), and equipment qualification lifecycle processes.
• Demonstrated ability to author technical qualification documentation, manage compliance activities, solve technical issues, and effectively collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering teams, and equipment vendors.
