LOTO Coordinator - North Carolina – Pharmaceuticals

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented LOTO Coordinator to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

What you’ll do:

• Execute and manage LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures on electrical installations and equipment
• Help coordinating and documenting all LOTO activities across projects and operational environments on the electrical side.
• Assisting in operating the LOTO control office, including issuing, tracking, and closing LOTO permits
• Physically lock and isolate electrical panels, switchboards, MCCs, and distribution boards
• Act as AP (Authorized Person) for electrical work and permitting
• Support safe energization and de-energization during commissioning

What you’ll need:

• Certified Electrician, Electrical Installer, or Electrical Engineer
• Experience with electrical LOTO procedures and safety lockout systems
• Background from pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with digital permit systems, or LOTO tracking platforms is a strong advantage
• Understanding of electrical safety regulations and site energy control
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
