HSE Lead – US, North Carolina – Initial 18-Month Contract – Life Sciences

What you’ll deliver:

• Provide day-to-day HSE leadership for capital construction projects, with an initial focus on a wastewater expansion project.
• Support project teams through planning, construction, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
• Lead contractor safety oversight and ensure compliance with site-specific safety requirements and industry regulations.
• Conduct field inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety observations to identify and mitigate hazards.

Experience required:

• Previous experience leading safety programs on wastewater treatment, utility, infrastructure, or process projects.
• Familiarity with large pharmaceutical campus capital programs.
• Capital project execution experience.
• Safety/EHS leadership experience.
• Lead-level capability
