Construction QA Manager – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction QA Manager to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to construction quality personnel across multiple projects and contractors.
• Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved specifications, drawings, codes, standards, and program quality requirements.
• Translate program-level quality expectations into actionable direction for project quality managers, construction managers, and field teams.
• Review inspection results, quality metrics, punch lists, and non-conformance trends to identify risks and drive corrective actions.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience delivering GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences facilities.
• Familiarity with CQV, turnover, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Working knowledge of GMP, FDA requirements, ASME B31.3, ASME BPE, and ISO 9001.
• Professional certifications such as ASQ CQE, CMQ/OE, CWI, PMP, or OSHA 30.
