Located near Guilford, our global pharmaceutical client is seeking a Head of Operations to play a key role in delivering operational excellence and supporting continued business growth. The business is investing heavily in research and development to advance animal healthcare. Currently undergoing international growth and presence and exciting transformation projects underway, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an important stage of its journey.

What you’ll deliver:

• Partner closely with the COO to execute operational strategy and business priorities.
• Lead the integration of multiple businesses and operational functions into a cohesive group structure.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across multiple sites.
• Lead transformation, change management, and business integration projects.
• Standardise processes, systems, and ways of working to improve efficiency and consistency.

What you’ll need:

• Significant experience in a senior operational leadership role such as Head of Operations, Operations Director, General Manager, or similar.
• Proven experience leading business integration, transformation, or organisational change programmes.
• Experience managing multi-site operations.
• Strong project management and change leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated success implementing operational frameworks, KPIs, and performance reporting.
