We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Grey Utilities Start Up Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and coordinate the start-up and commissioning of gray utility systems across the site
• Supervise and coordinate contractors, vendors, and craft teams (pipefitters, electricians, etc.)
• Oversee installation checks, pre-commissioning activities, and functional testing
• Identify and resolve start-up and commissioning issues in real timeSupport system walkdowns, punch list generation, and closure

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in utility start-up, commissioning, or mechanical systems start-up
• Proven experience working on large-scale capital or greenfield projects
• Experience leading or coordinating multi-disciplinary start-up teams
• Strong ability to manage vendors, contractors, and craft labor simultaneously
