Engineering Integration Lead - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Engineering Integration Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Own and enforce horizontal integration across process, piping, utilities, E&I, and automation disciplines on behalf of the Owner.
• Act as the single point of accountability for engineering alignment, readiness, and system-level coherence.
• Validate engineering maturity based on system completeness, constructability, and CQV readiness, not percent-complete metrics.
• Challenge EPC engineering progress reporting that is resource-driven rather than deliverable- or system-driven.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industrial engineering environments.
• Demonstrated owner-side or owner’s engineer experience on large-scale CAPEX projects.
• Strong multi-discipline engineering integration experience within EPC or EPCM environments.
• Deep understanding of system-based delivery models and their impact on construction sequencing, commissioning, and CQV.
