Director of Construction - Multiple Locations in US - Permanent Contract

Our client, a leading data center organization in the US require the support of a Director of Construction for their US based project.

What you'll do:

• Lead multi-site construction teams and ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to spec.
• Drive safety, process adherence, and performance culture.
• Manage client relationships and executive-level reporting.
• Champion advanced construction methods including BIM/VDC and prefabrication.

What you'll need:

• Requires extensive experience in construction management, with experience in leadership.
• Proven success in $100M data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems.
• Skilled in project controls, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
