We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction Program Admin Controller to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.
What you’ll deliver:
- Provide administrative and document-control support to Eric O’Mahony and the construction leadership team.
- Manage construction documentation, registers, workflows, revision control, distribution, and archiving within EIDA.
- Monitor document reviews, approvals, overdue actions, and contractor deliverables.
- Maintain meeting minutes, action trackers, correspondence logs, drawing registers, and document registers.
- Coordinate information across contractors, engineering, quality, EHS, project controls, C&Q, and turnover teams.
What you’ll need:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Extensive experience in project administration, document control, project coordination, or project information management.
- Extensive experience within an active construction, engineering, EPC, EPCM, general contractor, or major capital-project environment.
- Experience supporting construction managers, construction directors, or senior project leadership.
