Construction Lead - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the primary construction oversight and escalation interface with CM partner and subcontractors
• Operate strictly under verify → escalate → support resolution model
• Ensure all execution responsibility remains with the Construction Management partner
• Ensure construction is executed in line with approved designs, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Lead inspection, verification, and compliance activities

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience managing large construction projects 
• Proven experience in client-side leadership roles
• Strong understanding of: Construction management systems, Progress tracking, Reporting frameworks
• Experience with:Mechanical completion, System turnover, GMP documentation
