Construction Engineer (MEP) - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction Engineer to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you'll do:

• Provide field oversight of MEP installations, including HVAC, plumbing, process utilities, electrical systems, and fire protection.
• Verify that all installations comply with design drawings, specifications, and GMP/Owner standards.
• Track daily progress, monitor productivity, and highlight risks to schedule or quality.
• Review and support timely closure of RFIs, NCRs, and field coordination issues.
• Participate in field walkdowns, punchlist verification, and pre-commissioning readiness checks.
• Coordinate with CSA, Process Piping, and Automation disciplines to manage interferences and maintain construction flow.

What you'll need:

• Requires extensive experience on large-scale CAPEX projects in regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and process utilities.
• Experience with GMP or cleanroom environments.
• Proficiency with Navisworks, Bluebeam, and construction QA/QC documentation systems.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple trades and drive issue closure.
