Change Management Lead

Change Management Lead - US, Ohio - 12-24 Month Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Change Management Lead to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

What you'll do:

• Lead the full change management process from identification to approval and close-out.
• Review and validate scope changes, assessing cost, schedule, and risk impacts.
• Facilitate Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and prepare supporting documentation.
• Maintain the project change log, ensuring changes are traceable, auditable, and reported accurately.
• Collaborate with estimating, scheduling, procurement, and construction teams to validate change impacts.

What you'll need:

• BS in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience in project controls/change management on large CAPEX projects.
• Strong background in pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, or food manufacturing.
• Proven experience running structured change processes.
• Skilled in Primavera P6, SAP, Prism, Power BI, Excel.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
