C&Q Project Lead

C&Q Project Lead - Geel, Belgium - 12-24 Month Contract

Do you want to be part of a forward thinking global pharmaceutical client who have facilities in over 60 countries worldwide? Then this is the next step for you! One of our global pharmaceutical clients is currently requiring an experienced C&Q Project Lead for their Belgium based location.  

What you'll do:

• Serve as the primary C&Q Project Lead on a small molecule site capacity expansion project.
• Lead and Mange a team of 20 C&Q Engineers to deliver the commissioning and qualification strategy on the project.
• Effectively interact with leadership and internal teams across Engineering Project Management, Automation, Maintenance, Operations, and Quality stakeholders to establish priorities and define the commissioning & qualification requirements for the assigned workstreams. This would include documentation of critical aspects, risk assessments, verification testing strategy, and acceptance criteria.
• Review of technical specification documents, drawings, and vendor design submittals (including FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ), with a specific focus on GMP-critical aspects and impact on commissioning & verification.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor of Science in Technical Field (engineering, life science, or equivalent) from accredited institution.
• Extensive experience working within C&Q Project Management.
• Experience in Small Molecule C&Q projects.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations.
