Assistant Superintendent

Assistant Superintendent - US, North Carolina - Permanent Contract 

Our client, a leading data center organization in the US require the support of an Assistant Superintendent for their North Craolina based project.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate daily site operations, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety/environmental standards
• Assist with inspections, documentation, and reporting
• Resolve construction challenges to maintain schedule and budget
• Maintain a clean and organized job site; support punch list completion

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in construction (data center experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore or similar software a plus
• Strong knowledge of trades, blueprint reading, and site safety
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
