What you’ll do:
- Provide comprehensive meeting and event planning support, including scheduling, logistics coordination, preparation of materials, and ensuring smooth execution for internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver administrative support to project teams, assisting with documentation, tracking actions, maintaining project records, and helping ensure milestones and deliverables stay on schedule.
- Support procurement and financial administration by processing purchase orders, tracking invoices, managing vendor documentation, and assisting with budget monitoring and cost‑control activities.
- Coordinate onboarding and new‑starter processes, preparing documentation, arranging inductions, liaising with HR and hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and well‑supported start for new employees.
What you’ll need:
- Extensive experience providing administrative support, preferably within project delivery, engineering teams, or pharmaceutical capital projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, juggle multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast‑moving project environment.
