With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique opportunity for a Document Controller to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage document routing, review, approval, distribution, and storage while maintaining tracking systems, e-libraries, distribution matrices, serialised forms, and documentation centres to keep records current, compliant, and audit-ready.
  • Support quality and compliance through SOP updates, audits, investigations, corrective actions, binder audits, and controlled document issuance, while contributing to process improvements and upholding cGMP and ethical standards
  • Take responsibility for all capital project documentation — drawings, specifications, vendor files, construction records, MDRs, and distribution matrices — ensuring accurate control, timely flow of information, and alignment with project milestones and QMS requirements from design through startup.
  • Coordinate the full documentation handover to operations by working with Engineering, Validation, Procurement, and Quality to deliver complete, compliant as-built packages, equipment manuals, and qualification/validation records for a smooth transition into commercial use.
What you’ll need:
  • High school diploma required (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred), with 2–3 years of administrative experience in project, engineering, or capital‑project environments within Pharma
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisation, and attention to detail.
