Charlotte Dennis

Associate Director of AI, Automation and Marketing

I joined QCS Staffing in April 2019 as Marketing Manager and in 2023, I stepped into the role of Head of Marketing, bringing over a decade of experience in recruitment marketing. Since 2025, as Associate Director of AI, Automation and Marketing, I’m focused on helping the business embrace digital transformation in a way that’s both efficient and commercially impactful.

I’m passionate about the potential of AI and automation to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and unlock new opportunities across the business. Over the past few years, our marketing function has evolved significantly, driving global brand awareness and supporting our expansion into new markets—including the opening of our US office in 2023.

A key part of my role is ensuring that sales and marketing work in close alignment, and that we’re making the most of our technology to deliver strong, measurable ROI.

Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, eating out and travelling to new places.
