The roles we handle require specific capital project knowledge: hands-on Primavera P6 planning or cost control experience on pharmaceutical or regulated construction programmes, familiarity with GMP compliance milestones, CQV sequencing and equipment lead time management, and in many cases active experience supporting regulatory submission hold points and validation programme interfaces that do not exist on conventional capital projects. If you have delivered project controls on a pharmaceutical or biotech capital programme, we know which manufacturers and CDMOs are currently in detailed design on major builds, which are approaching the CQV phase where project controls resource requirements peak, and which need contract planners or cost controllers at short notice.
