The roles we handle require specific GMP manufacturing knowledge: hands-on process engineering experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments, familiarity with API synthesis, fermentation, fill-finish or oral solid dose manufacturing, and in many cases active experience supporting tech transfer programmes or process validation campaigns ahead of regulatory submissions.
