The roles we handle require specific sector knowledge: hands-on MEP project management experience on capital programmes in a mission-critical or regulated environment, familiarity with Tier IV commissioning sequences, GMP HVAC validation hold points or HTM 06-01 healthcare engineering standards, and in many cases active experience managing MEP design freezes, IFC package delivery and subcontractor interfaces that carry direct programme consequences if missed.
