I joined QCS Staffing in 2014 as a Delivery Executive within our Life Sciences division and have since progressed through a number of leadership roles to become Senior Vice President of Sales – North America.
Today, I lead QCS Staffing's US business, partnering with leading biopharmaceutical organizations to support critical capital projects across the USA. My focus is on driving growth, developing high-performing teams, building strong contractor & client partnerships, and delivering exceptional staffing solutions.
I am passionate about people development and believe that great businesses are built by great people. Creating opportunities for others to grow and succeed has been a constant throughout my career.
Originally from Belgium, I started my career in the tourism industry, managing and developing teams across Europe before making the move into recruitment.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mum of two who loves travelling, discovering new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and the occasional spa day to recharge.
