I joined QCS as Commercial Director in May 2026, where I play a pivotal role in driving the company’s commercial strategy and supporting its ambitious international growth plans. With over 10 years of experience in the recruitment sector, I lead the Legal, Compliance & Onboarding, and Contracts business units, ensuring operational excellence, robust governance, and commercial integrity across the organisation.
I’m known for my strategic yet hands-on approach, overseeing complex contract negotiations, supplier relations, and our risk and compliance frameworks, while supporting and developing a high-performing, commercially minded team of specialists. I am deeply committed to upholding QCS’s vision and values, fostering collaboration, and delivering sustainable, customer-focused growth.
At the weekends, you’ll usually find me out in the countryside enjoying long walks, spending time with family and friends, or trying out great food in local restaurants.
