What you'll do: SAP operations when needed for cost control.Proactive contract management to ensure a full alignment of the project team to meet the givenContractual obligations of both parties as well as on the commercial alignment of work progress with the defined project budget.Advice package and manage variation requests and/or notices from a contractorEnsures that contractual variations and changes or claims with regard to the scope of delivery and services, prices, timeline or other contractual agreements are enforced and up-to-date. What you'll need: RICS certification is mandatoryDegree qualified in a commercial subject, engineering or equivalentExperience in quantity surveying and contract management, preferably in the offshore wind industry or similar energy projects.Extensive knowledge of contract change management & claim management in FIDIC, BIMCO and LOGIC based contracts.
