I joined QCS Staffing in 2019 with a strong background in recruitment delivery leadership and in managing and developing high‑performing teams across fast‑paced staffing environments. I’ve been incredibly fortunate to grow my career at QCS, and in 2026 I stepped into the role of Associate Director of Delivery UK & EU.
In this role, I have strategic oversight of our Delivery Managers, Team Leaders and Delivery Executives, ensuring every team operates with clarity of purpose, commercial focus and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for both clients and candidates.
My work centres on the people and processes that underpin successful delivery. I partner closely with Senior Leadership, Business Winners and cross‑functional stakeholders to shape delivery strategy, drive operational excellence and align our teams with QCS Staffing’s wider business objectives. From performance management and career development to compliance, resource planning and client engagement, I focus on ensuring our delivery function across the UK and EU is consistent, scalable and continually improving.
I’m passionate about people development and committed to ensuring my teams have clear direction, the right support and a well‑defined path to progress. Creating an environment where individuals can grow, perform and feel valued.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, exploring and travelling to new destinations and long walks.
