Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Construction Management Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities include: Lead and manage quality assurance activities across all construction disciplines including piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, CSA, and automation.Oversee system turnover processes including documentation, audits, and final handover packages (CTOPs/VTOPs).Conduct daily turnover meetings with trade contractors across various construction areas (e.g., DSP, USP, HVAC).Manage punch list resolution and system close-outs in alignment with qualification documentation (TCCC).Interface with CQV, EH&S, and project leadership to ensure timely and compliant system completion. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Construction Manager (Admin / Lab) to join their team. What you'll do: Serve as the primary on-site liaison for the internal team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with the main German contractor (Zec/PORR) and all sub-trades.Provide day-to-day oversight of construction activities, including schedule adherence, quality assurance, and site safety management for the administrative and laboratory facilities.Support the Project Manager / Workstream Leader by monitoring on-site progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and escalating issues for rapid resolution within the internal team structure. What you'll need: Fluency in English and German is mandatory to effectively manage communication with the German contractor and ensure project clarity.Proven experience in construction management or site supervision, preferably involving administrative, commercial, or R&D/laboratory facilities.Direct experience working with major international contractors, especially those from the German market (e.g., Zec, PORR), is highly advantageous.Hands-on experience supervising the core and shell phase of a new construction project. What you'll do: Oversee the construction and commissioning of cleanrooms and the integration of filling lines, ensuring compliance with strict cGMP regulations.Manage the installation of clean utilities (like WFI and purified water systems) and a variety of piping systems, including process and utility piping.Supervise the installation of intricate HVAC systems to maintain precise temperature and pressure controls within cleanroom environments.Direct electrical and instrumentation (E&I) work, including power distribution, control systems, and critical equipment hook-ups.Supervise all civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) work.
