I joined QCS Staffing in 2014. Since then, my role has developed from Business Support Specialist to Lead Co Ordinator – Business Unit Support. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of the great teams within QCS Staffing and gained invaluable experience from them all. I currently support a Life Sciences team working with a Global Pharmaceutical organisation.

Outside of work I enjoy family time, holidaying with friends and my family.

Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment process for assigned European countries and drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience Educate Hiring Managers around our GTA hiring process, local market trends. and establish clear SLA’s.Brand, Source and Recruit Talent.Assess and advise on the talent and business risks & benefits of hiring specific candidates. Build strong relationships with business, HR CoEs and HRBPs  Use competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and best practice recruiting practices.Meet Global Talent Attraction goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance. Extend competitive offers to attract candidates.Contribute to Cluster and local GTA projects Provide hiring managers accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track talent acquisition metrics and report trends and issues to the TA Team Lead. Present ideas for process harmonisation and simplification  Requirements: Requires extensive previous experience in a large/ manufacturing/ global matrix environment, preferred in-house recruiter experience highly preferable. Commercial and or Manufacturing experience desired.Strong consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels  A demonstrated track record as an effective networker and closer, confident in developing complex offers with collaborative partners Demonstrated success leveraging social media platforms  Very good computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media channels. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in Dutch and English. Workday and international recruitment experience is highly preferable Highly organised and used to multi-taskingProactive, innovative, pragmatic  ways of working.
