What you'll do: The Electrical Project Manager has overall responsibility, for the management of all aspects of the electrical packages.This includes contractor design, procurement, contract governance, pre-construction, mobilisation, commercial aspects and delivery through to hand over with a defect free ambition.They are to lead a safety-first culture as a priority, in all aspects of the electrical package management process whilst working close with the Project Lead. He/she must ensure that our client’s safety standards are applied in order to achieve the objective of zero accidents on their projects.They will operate in close consultation with the necessary stakeholders and departments, both internally and externally acting as a key interface for respective package or discipline. What you'll need: Significant experience in delivering general contractor or developer roles on largescale projects (ideally data centers). Experience in managing complex projects would be a plus.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget with exemplary safety, quality, and sustainability records.Strong leadership, and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication abilities.Degree or equivalent in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of an Implementation Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  What you'll do: Lead the deployment of the updated REACH change management process across multiple sites ensuring alignment with operational workflows and compliance requirements.Collaborate with project managers, site teams, HSEQ, commercial, and design departments to ensure understanding and buy-in.Co-ordinate with the extended programme team to avoid conflicts as other initiatives roll outDevelop and deliver training sessions, user guides, and support materials to facilitate smooth onboarding and usage of Smartsheet.Apply structured change management methodologies to guide teams through the transition, manage resistance, and reinforce adoption.Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms to track implementation progress, user engagement, and process effectiveness.Gather feedback and insights to refine the process and Smartsheet configuration post-rollout.
