Since then, they have grown to become a large owner of powered sites globally. What you'll do: The Electrical Project Manager has overall responsibility, for the management of all aspects of the electrical packages.This includes contractor design, procurement, contract governance, pre-construction, mobilisation, commercial aspects and delivery through to hand over with a defect free ambition.They are to lead a safety-first culture as a priority, in all aspects of the electrical package management process whilst working close with the Project Lead. He/she must ensure that our client’s safety standards are applied in order to achieve the objective of zero accidents on their projects.They will operate in close consultation with the necessary stakeholders and departments, both internally and externally acting as a key interface for respective package or discipline. What you'll need: Significant experience in delivering general contractor or developer roles on largescale projects (ideally data centers). Experience in managing complex projects would be a plus.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget with exemplary safety, quality, and sustainability records.Strong leadership, and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication abilities.Degree or equivalent in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
