Senior Project Manager - US, North Carolina - 12 Month Contract

Our client is a leader in helping address some of the world’s biggest science, health, and environmental challenges. The company works together to accelerate research, solve complex analytical challenges, improve patient diagnostics, drive laboratory productivity and produce life-saving treatments for patients. They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for their North Carolina based location.

What you'll do:

• Lead utility and facility infrastructure projects from initial scope through design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage multiple concurrent capital projects while ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and internal quality standards.
• Oversee upgrades to boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressed air systems, electrical distribution, roofing, parking lots, and building envelopes.
• Review engineering drawings, technical packages, and specifications; support commissioning, validation, and turnover documentation.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience managing utilities and infrastructure projects in operational manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil systems, including boilers, chillers, compressed air, HVAC, power distribution, and building envelope upgrades.
• Deep familiarity with GMP, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in commissioning, validation, and technical documentation.
