Senior Process Quality Excellence Specialist - UK, West London - 12 Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Quality Excellence Specialist for a fantastic 12 month contract based in West London.

You will be working with our client who are a global biopharmaceutical organisation committed to improving the lives of people afflicted with neurological and immunological disease.

What you’ll do:

• Manage Regulatory Intelligence (RIN) requirements for GCSO and coordinate with relevant SMEs.
• Review regulations and assign SMEs based on topic expertise.
• Serve as point of contact to ensure CROs assess all applicable regulatory and country‑specific requirements.
• Act as Audit Host, coordinating internal audits and supporting SMEs during auditor interactions.
• Support post‑audit activities, including responses to findings, CAPAs, and audit closure.

What you’ll  need:

• Ideal candidates have experience as a Clinical Trial Associate or Clinical Trial Specialist.
• Exposure to audits is highly desirable.
• Regulatory Intelligence experience is a strong advantage.
• A blend of clinical operations background and quality/regulatory awareness is preferred.
• Overall, candidates should bring a mix of clinical trial support, audit familiarity, and regulatory insight.
