Senior Account Manager – Permanent – Watford, UK -  Data Centres - Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 p/a

We are currently supporting a specialist engineering and project delivery company supporting mission-critical construction and infrastructure projects across complex technical environments. The organisation provides installation, coordination and engineering expertise to help deliver high-quality projects safely, efficiently and on schedule.

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our client’s team and support their current project in Watford.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver industry leading customer service
• Manage and develop two key hyperscale customer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across procurement, project delivery, commercial, engineering and leadership teams.
• Develop strategic account plans to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
• Work closely with internal installation, delivery and operational teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

What you’ll need:

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Extensive experience managing major accounts within the data centre industry or some relevant experience in dc, mission-critical, construction, engineering or technical sectors
• Experience working with or supporting hyperscale operators.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow strategic client relationships.
