Project Scheduler – USA, Idaho – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

With extensive experience delivering complex semiconductor manufacturing projects, our client has built a strong reputation as a trusted partner to leading technology organisations. Known for their technical expertise and consistent project success, they are one of the largest and most established general contractors in the Pacific Northwest. They are now seeking a Project Scheduler to support a major project based in Idaho, USA.

What you’ll deliver:

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish baseline schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Monitor project progress against schedule milestones and identify potential delays, risks, and constraints.
• Perform detailed critical path analysis and advise project leadership on schedule impacts and recovery opportunities.

Experience required:

• Experience in project scheduling on large-scale construction, industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, data centre, pharmaceutical, or EPC projects.
• Proven experience developing and managing complex schedules using Primavera P6.
• Experience supporting projects valued at $100M+ preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover phases.
