Project Resourcing Lead – US, Texas – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Project Resourcing Lead to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Serve as the primary Facilitator for all contracted/seconded resource requests supporting the Houston project
• Support general administrative functions for the project (e.g., coordinate meetings, manage key communications, order office supplies & IT equipment)
• Manage relationships with contracting agencies
• Intake all resource request forms
• Solicit candidates and review resumes for basic requirements

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive experience supporting capital projects or large programs
• Demonstrated experience with resource planning, contracting, and vendor coordination
• Strong stakeholder management; strong written communication; detail-oriented tracking of approvals and start dates
