What you’ll deliver:

• Manage OSM vendors, schedule, budget, and logistics
• Integrate modular deliverables into site execution
• Risk management for supply chain and fabrication delays
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams

Experience required:

• Extensive construction and OSM/modular experience
• Strong logistics + supply chain knowledge
• Proficient in P6, cost tools
