Project Manager – Norway – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Our client is undergoing major growth, supported by substantial investment aimed at increasing its overall manufacturing capacity in the medical device sector. Recent upgrades include the development of new, advanced automation systems and additional infrastructure enhancements designed to meet growing global healthcare demands.

With a long‑established presence and a highly skilled workforce, the site requires the role of a Project Manager to support their project based in Norway.

What you’ll deliver:

• Develop and maintain project milestone schedules and detailed execution plans.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.
• Update project schedules, conduct impact assessments, and implement recovery plans where necessary.
• Establish and maintain project governance documentation, including project progress reports and decision-making documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project stage-gate and governance processes.

Experience required:

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing capital projects within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
• Strong project planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Demonstrated capability in supplier and contract management.
