Project Manager - US, North Carolina - 12 Months Initial Contract 

Our client, a global organisation within the pharmaceutical industry, needs a Project Manager to join their large-scale CAPEX project based near North Carolina. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional in the life sciences sector to advancing their career within a globally recognised pharmaceutical environment.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain project plans in Smartsheet aligned to Ops Readiness timelines
• Build and track integrated action plans with clear ownership and deadlines
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive alignment and execution
• Document and manage meeting outputs (actions, decisions, follow-ups)
• Coordinate activities across QC, Method Validation, Tech Runs, Engineering Runs, and Operations

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in project management or program coordination
• Proficiency in Smartsheet (or similar project tracking tools)
• Strong ability to facilitate discussions and drive meetings to outcomes
• Experience developing and managing action plans and timelines
• Solid technical background (engineering, life sciences, or related field)
