We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Prime Contract Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as primary interface with EPCm contractor for all contractual matters.
• Monitor adherence to terms, KPIs, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead resolution of claims, disputes, and contractual issues.
• Ensure compliance with governance and risk frameworks.

 What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Engineering.
• Extensive experience in prime contract management for large capital projects.
• Expertise in EPCm contracting and risk management.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
