This is a unique opportunity for an Operational Readiness Project Manager to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

• Lead operational readiness planning and execution for a new pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing site.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain, and other site functions to define and deliver operational readiness scope.
• Develop operational readiness deliverables and translate them into an integrated, executable schedule.
• Build, maintain, and manage operational readiness schedules, integrating with construction, commissioning, and qualification timelines.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• Extensive experience working in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated experience supporting operational readiness, startup, or commissioning of a new or expanded manufacturing facility.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and how key functions interact (Operations, Quality, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain).
