MEP Project Manager – Singapore – Initial 6-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Are you an MEP Project Manager looking for your next contract assignment? Our client, one of the top 4 hyperscale data centre providers across the globe, needs the expertise of an MEP Project Manager for their current European projects.

With a global footprint over 5 continents and numerous countries, this is an exciting opportunity to join a truly international organisation responsible for providing some of the world’s most recognisable scalable data centres.

This is an opportunity for you to work client-side with an ambitious organisation in the data centre market.

What you’ll deliver:

• Manage end-to-end UPS replacement project delivery, including site surveys, engineering verification, load analysis, feasibility assessments, and the development of all required method statements, risk assessments, MOPs, and contingency plans.
• Provide and coordinate all project resources, including labour, supervision, tools, equipment, testing instruments, lifting equipment, technical support, documentation, and the supply of new UPS systems of equivalent capacity.
• Execute installation, testing, and commissioning activities, including isolation and removal of existing UPS systems, verification and reuse of battery banks and cabling where suitable, factory acceptance testing (FAT), site installation, commissioning, and controlled load changeover.
• Deliver project closeout and ongoing support, including submission of test reports, certificates, warranty documentation, complete handover dossiers, and proposals for ongoing maintenance and support services following the warranty period.

Experience required:

• UPS experience
• MEP Project Management experience
• Data Centre is preferred. Mission critical considered (Data Centre / Life science / pharma / oil & gas)
• Either construction or operational experience (ideally operational)
• Must have prior experience of working in APAC / have a good understanding of local site regulations in Singapore or similar
