Infrastructure Engineer - Remote Working - 12 Month Contract

Our client is a leading developer in the industry, owning and developing projects across all major and emerging offshore wind markets. They are now recruiting with a superb new opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer to join them on an initial 12 month contractual basis, with a remote working contract.

With a significant track record of successfully delivering projects and a vast project pipeline across the UK, Europe and emerging international markets, this is an incredibly exciting time to join them in their current project.

What you'll do:
  • Design and manage complex Windows and Linux server/client infrastructures.
  • Administer VMware environments (ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX-T, Aria Operations).
  • Implement and troubleshoot enterprise backup and recovery solutions (Veeam, Rubrik, Commvault, NetBackup).
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, Intune, Office 365, and Azure cloud services.
What you'll need:
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and VMware virtualization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, GPO, Office 365, Azure.
  • Advanced knowledge of VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX-T.
  • Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
