HR Business Partner - UK, Maidenhead - 12 Month Contract

Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company manufacturing plasma-derived, and recombination therapeutic products, who in turn deliver high-quality medicines that treat people with rare and serious diseases, and we are now searching on an exclusive basis with the client to appoint a HR Business Partner to join their busy and rewarding team on a contractual basis for a period of 12 months.

What you'll do:
  • Managing the changes in the UK with growth in Maidenhead and all Business
  • Transformations supporting Regional Agile Lead in Project Management
  • Leads all employee relations matters, including providing advice and counsel to managers concerning employee performance, policy adherence, harassment, compliance violations, grievances, conflicts, and union/works council matters
  • Manages escalations received from the HR Operations Centres and special projects as assigned
  • Assists in the execution of the derived strategy formed by HRBP(s) for the assigned client group
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resource management, organisational psychology, business, or related field required
  • Extensive experience as a HR Generalist or Employee Relations Manager, or equivalent relevant experience working in a dynamic global organisation
  • Knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic organisation
  • Experience in a global company in a matrixed reporting environment preferred

They are currently looking for a Senior CQV Engineer to join their team in Copenhagen.What you'll do: Coordinate Mechanical Completions Line Walks, ensuring readiness for commissioning.Oversee the development and execution of IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, MHRA).Facilitate daily board meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Operations) to ensure seamless system integration.Manage project documentation, including qualification reports, deviation logs, and risk assessments.
